DALIA is a calm and comfortable apartment in the heart of Prague. It is only a 10 minute walk from Old Town Square, with a nice park view.
DALIA has 2 independent bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a hall and a spacious kitchen with a big dining table and access to a small balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc.) to make breakfast or dinner before and after a day in town. There are available a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. DALIA is a non-smoking apartment with the option of smoking on the balcony. DALIA is a perfect choice also for a bigger groups as its independent bedrooms and two bathroom guarantee enough privacy and comfort. Moreover, DALIA is situated in the same building as our two other apartments, VINCENT and ROSA. Vincent is big enough for up to 8 guests and ROSA is big enough for up to 6 guests. This way you will avoid arranging meeting times and looking for friends and family in a crowd of tourists.
Apartment use and noise: you commit to take care of the apartment and respect neighbours, particularly by respecting the interdiction of making noise between 22:00 (10 and 7 a.m. (which could result in 100 euros fine deducted from the damage deposit if neighbours complain about you and the police testify against you). Prague has many great places to party outside and we wish you to enjoy it at best – your apartment is greatly located for that ;-)

Free cancellation up to 360 day(s) before arrival, then 15% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

The apartment was spacious and suited our large family needs. Eric was very responsive to our queries about plumbing and the washing machine not working and usually responded immediately and sent someone out to check within a day.
The area felt safe but the multiple signs in the apartment telling you to make sure you lock your door at all times made us question why all the emphasis.
Overall a nice place with plenty of of room near the city center

The location is great as well since you can walk to the main attractions within less than 30 minutes or reach the public transport quickly. Overall we had a fun trip thanks to our stay here :)

Some things that would make the place even better:
Instructions of house rules should be clearer. We almost left the trash in the bins. Didn't know that was a rule. Had to really dig to find that fine print.
The bathrooms were a little tricky, one toilet extremely small- size of an airplane toilet! The full bathroom had a tub with a shower that was difficult to shower in without leaking water all over the floor.
Would have helped if some little pepper and salt was also stocked away in the kitchen
The grocery store under the apartment- Cheats of the biggest order! Scammed us of 450 Kroner for a 200gm bag of rice and a small bottle of milk the day we landed and refused to give us a receipt. They suddenly didn't understand English when we asked for a breakdown of our bill! Don't go there even for emergency buys- there are stores just up the street that are better.
