DALIA è un appartamento tranquillo e confortevole nel cuore di Praga. Dista solo 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza della Città Vecchia
DALIA è dotato di 3 camere da letto indipendenti, 2 bagni, una sala e una cucina spaziosa con un grosso tavolo da pranzo e un accesso ad un balconcino. La cucina è ben equipaggiata con tutto ciò che vi serve (caffettiera, microonde, tostapane, ecc.) per prepararvi colazione o cena prima e dopo una giornata trascorsa in città. Vincent è un appartamento per non fumatori, con la possibilità di fumare in balcone. Se volete farvi un’idea migliore della piantina dell’appartamento, scorrete verso il basso per visualizzare la planimetria.
DALIA rappresenta la scelta perfetta anche per gruppi numerosi, poiché le sue camere indipendenti e i due bagni garantiscono una privacy e un comfort sufficienti. DALIA si trova inoltre nello stesso edificio degli altri due nostri appartamenti, VINCENT e ROSA. VINCENT è sufficientemente grande per accogliere fino a 8 ospiti e ROSA fino a 6 ospiti. In tal modo eviterete di dover definire orari di incontro e cercare amici e famiglia tra una folla di turisti.
Utilizzo dell’appartamento e rumore: vi impegnate ad aver cura dell’appartamento e rispetto per i vicini, in particolare attenendovi al divieto di fare rumore tra le ore 22:00 (10 pm) e le 7 a.m. (la mancata osservanza di tale divieto può comportare una multa di 100 euro che saranno decurtati dalla vostra cauzione, qualora i vicini si lamentino di voi e la polizia testimoni contro di voi). Praga ha molti luoghi ideali per festeggiare fuori, e vi auguriamo di goderne al meglio - il appartamento ha la perfetta locazione per questo ;-)

The apartment was spacious and suited our large family needs. Eric was very responsive to our queries about plumbing and the washing machine not working and usually responded immediately and sent someone out to check within a day.
The area felt safe but the multiple signs in the apartment telling you to make sure you lock your door at all times made us question why all the emphasis.
Overall a nice place with plenty of of room near the city center

The location is great as well since you can walk to the main attractions within less than 30 minutes or reach the public transport quickly. Overall we had a fun trip thanks to our stay here :)

Some things that would make the place even better:
Instructions of house rules should be clearer. We almost left the trash in the bins. Didn't know that was a rule. Had to really dig to find that fine print.
The bathrooms were a little tricky, one toilet extremely small- size of an airplane toilet! The full bathroom had a tub with a shower that was difficult to shower in without leaking water all over the floor.
Would have helped if some little pepper and salt was also stocked away in the kitchen
The grocery store under the apartment- Cheats of the biggest order! Scammed us of 450 Kroner for a 200gm bag of rice and a small bottle of milk the day we landed and refused to give us a receipt. They suddenly didn't understand English when we asked for a breakdown of our bill! Don't go there even for emergency buys- there are stores just up the street that are better.
