Nova is a modern, affordable, well-furnished studio, perfect for one person or a couple. Since it is well-situated in the center of Prague, it is very easy to discover the beauties of the city. The apartment offers one double bed and a kitchen equipped with everything needed to make simple meals (coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc.) There is also a high speed internet connection available, convenient for work or just planning another Prague trip. Apartment Nova is on the third floor without an elevator and has a smaller bathroom than our other apartments, which makes it more affordable. It is also non-smoking, with the option of smoking on the balcony. The building itself is equipped with keyless code locks, which is practical for last minute reservations.

Codelock on the apartment and the building makes check-in and out very easy. Situated in the center - 10 min. walk from the Charles Bridge, National Theatre, close to the Moldau river bank, near to park in Mala Strana, view on Prague Castle, Grocery, and Restaurants.
The apartment building is located under the Petrin hill, near the river in the area called Mala Strana. It was built in 1895 by a well-known architect, who built it for himself, explaining its good qualities. Petrin is undoubtedly the best place for those who like visiting tourist attractions as well as having a taste of nature at the same time. Just behind the building is the historical Hunger Wall, which has served to defend Prague. In 1361, the year of drought and poor harvests, the prices of bread increased severely, which left many people without enough food. In order to feed their families, the locals resorted to frequent theft, augmenting the criminal activity. King Charles IV therefore called upon the locals to build a protective wall from Petrin to the Vltava River. The construction took two years and fed many families, resolving the problem. The Prague people named the wall “The Hunger Wall”, because its battlements resembled the teeth of the starving folks building it. At the end of the street is Kinsky Square, known especially for the T34 tank, which commemorated the liberation of Prague by the Soviets in 1944. After the Velvet Revolution in 1989 an artist David Cerny painted it pink. Actually, it was not so much of a political gesture as an attempt to capture the attention of some girl. Later a fountain was built in the original location where the tank stood, but there still a little pink part of it on the square which constantly reminds us of our history. The apartment is also near the French Quarter, only a 5 minute walk from the French Lycée. For those who plan to stay in Prague for a bit longer, will appreciate the proximity to a nearby shopping center called Novy Smíchov, which is only 2 tram stops away.

Beautiful location surrounded by historical buildings, and is situated right next to a bus stop which makes access to the city’s sights easily accessible. Also next to a great horror-themed bar. Easy to get inside, and up the flight of stairs. The apartment is cozy and with comfortable beds. The kitchen space is perfect for one person especially.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, und leider auch kein Doppelbett wie angegeben, sondern zwei Einzelbetten. Sonst war es sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell in der Stadt.

Decent place-the photos and description were accurate. It’s small but has everything you need. One of my pillows had a stain on it but everything else was clean. Eric always responded quickly. The location was the best thing, the nearby tram stop had connections to any part of the city.

Penso sia stato uno degli alloggi più puliti in cui sia mai stato negli ultimi anni. La posizione dell'alloggio è super centrale. Non abbiamo MAI preso i mezzi e a una decina di minuti a piedi c'erano alcuni dei ristoranti più buoni consigliati in centro. Eric è stato molto disponibile, ci ha persino prontamente fornito un'asciugacapelli non appena lo abbiamo richiesto. Se tornassi a Praga senza dubbio prenoterei nuovamente questo alloggio!

It was very nice, everything very clean. Easy to get to. It is true that it is on the third floor of an old building, hence lots of steps. But it was quite, clean and had everything one needed for a short stay. Eric was really forthcoming and the check in and out extremely easy. I would recommend it.

It was a great stay at Eric’s airbnb. Everything is in walking distance, the tram station is 2mins away, you wont sweat at all. Perfect place to stay; supermarket, restaurant, tourist attractions, the room itself spacious for one person, even for two, complete with all the basic things that you need. The apartment is reasonably spacious and does have a small kitchen (two burner hot plate, microwave, refrigerator) which was very nice to have after 12 days of travel and restaurant food. The bathroom was fine, but the water pressure in the shower wasn't great and it took me forever to rinse my hair. The shower is very spacious compared to others I've used in Europe, and the bathroom was clean. If you are a couple traveling, be aware that the beds are two twins in wooden frames so it would be uncomfortable to attempt to sleep together. This apartment is on the third floor so there are several steps so be aware of how much luggage you are bringing. The location was perfect, close to groceries and right off a tram stop, and only 10 minutes to the Charles or Legion bridges. Great value for the price and I’d likely stay again.

Great location! You can get everywhere really fast. But I have to mention that the bed is not a double bed as it seems but two decided single beds. This may be helpful for some. But all in all we had a nice stay.
